SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1 business day.
UK Orders:
Items are shipped via Royal Mail First Class and typically arrive within 1-3 working days.
International Orders (Europe, America, and Worldwide):
We ship via Tracked or Signed For services. Delivery is estimated within 5-10 working days, though this may vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country.
Customs and Delivery Delays:
Please note, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen postal issues. While we aim for timely delivery, customs checks can sometimes extend delivery times.
Late Delivery Policy:
If your order has not been received after 30 days, please contact us. We can only investigate delays after this period, as this is the time required by our shipping partners to initiate a review.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and you may need to cover additional shipping costs.
Non-returnable items:
